¿Qué pasa con las motos limitadas según la anterior normativa?

En el caso planteado, el usuario no puede pilotar la moto con el carnet A2 y necesitará sacarse el carnet A para poder conducir esa moto.
Pilotar una moto no limitada con el carnet A2 es motivo de sanción. En otras palabras, si la policía te para te multará y posiblemente no te dejará coger la moto de nuevo. El resultado es que tendrás que pedir una grúa para que se lleven la moto (recuerda que no puedes transportar la moto de cualquier formar) y puede que el seguro no la cubra. El motivo es que los seguros de moto incluyen ciertas exclusiones en la benefit de sus servicios si tú no cumples con la normativa.
Así, por ejemplo, si tienes un accidente bajo los efectos del alcohol el seguro no te cubrirá. Sí que indemnizará a la otra parte si has causado daños a otro coche, por ejemplo, pero después te reclamará ese dinero. Lo mismo puede ocurrir si conduces una moto que no puedes porque no tienes el carnet necesario para hacerlo. En este sentido, si tienes un accidente, la multa que te pueden poner será el menor de tus problemas.
